After many years in the social services field, Murray decided to build on his counseling abilities and chose to further his education at George Brown College in Toronto, Ontario. There he graduated with Honours from one of the most recognized Career and Work Counseling courses in Eastern Canada. Having acquired the necessary skills and abilities that are useful to any environment in need of Leadership Development, Murray has become

• Qualified to administer and interpret the Myers Briggs Type Indicator (MBTI®)
  
• Trained in the use of several Skills and Interest Inventories (SII®, CSII®, JVIS®), the Canadian Adult Achievement Test® (CAAT®) and several other similar assessments.
  
• A Level II Personality Dimensions® Facilitator and has gained much experience using Personality Dimensions® Personality/ Temperament Profile in a variety of settings. This, along with the Myers Briggs is the core of his Workshop development
  
• Master B Class Certified in Constructivist Counseling, a unique approach to problem solving in both the individual and group environment.

Though Murray's office of operation has changed, the acquired knowledge combined with his heart to practically ‘help people’ in the key areas of life remains constant. What he has personally experienced during times of change and transition, make his presentations more than a theory, they become a living reality. This along with his comfort in public speaking has provided positive feedback, which indicate that his workshops are filled with passion and energy.
